Identifying Your Needs

Language audit:

The information gathering stage is an essential part of the consultative process. Firstly we look at the company's products/services, current and projected export markets, with a view to evaluating foreign language needs for both the short and long term.

In order to identify the language skills gaps, we establish current levels of in-house language skills by means of individual interviews and assessments.

If the audit establishes a need for language training for key personnel, follow-up interviews are set up to elicit more specific information about the communication needs of identified staff.

Needs Analysis:

Post audit, we identify the language skills gaps and determine the range of skills required to meet your market objectives.

Training proposal:

We advise on the most appropriate language training strategy for both your short and long term needs, including course type, content, methodology, length and intensity of provision, timetable and training outcomes.

Cost + Funding:

Exact costings are included in the training proposal. Where government or other external funding is available, we will point you in the right direction and actively support your application.
